The following terms and conditions constitute a legal and enforceable contract between Degaty Era Solutions Ltd as the service provider and All clients/customers as the End User in relation to the rights granted to you in respect of your use of the Vehicle Tracking Device and the Platform. Our Agreement means these Terms and Conditions: Degaty Era Solutions Ltd grants to the End User a non- exclusive and nontransferable right to use platform solely for the End User’s Internal business or private purposes, the devices however totally owned by the End User and can be done with as pleased The End User will not, at any time during the term of this Agreement or after its termination or expiration, disclose Confidential Material to any person or corporation without obtaining the prior written consent of Degaty Era Solutions Ltd.

The End User will take such steps as may be reasonably necessary to ensure that any of its servants or agents does not disclose Confidential Material. The obligations in this clause do not apply to any information or material which is not confidential or ceases to be confidential other than by the default of the End User. The End User must not in any way alter, modify or adapt the platform.

The End User : Must accept the Device and the platform in the form in which it is provided by Degaty Era Solutions Ltd Follow all reasonable instructions that Degaty Era Solutions Ltd gives from time to time with regards to the use of the Platform. Above all Degaty Era Solutions Ltd business plan is for vehicle fleet management and not recovery. Vehicle recovery is a prerequisite for insurance companies and therefore Degaty Era Solutions Ltd products are not insurance approved.

Degaty Era Solutions Ltd or Management can not be held responsible for non recovery or theft of Vehicle. DEGATY The Degaty Era Solutions Ltd tracker can track and immobilize vehicles (Tracker Model Dependant or as agreed on by client) allowing end-user to test products regularly and report any faults. Benefit to user: Ensure that it uses the the platform in accordance with any applicable laws and regulations Notify Degaty Era Solutions Ltd immediately if it becomes aware of any unauthorized use of the Device and platform or damage to the device.

Our annual subscription for the first year involves replacement of faulty device beyond Repairs, Service call and maintenance and troubleshooting which sum up to Three hundred and Sixty Ghana cedis and Three hundred and fifty Ghana cedis for following years. Free reports will be provided by the service provider when requested Self Generate Mileage and working hours report of all Vehicles Vehicle History report dated back to six months from current date of routes taken, stops, driving speed and record of date and time of activity.

Long Standby Time with continuous working time with location update to help Set Vehicle overspeed Limit and alerts This Agreement may be terminated by either party if the other party (defaulting party) fails to observe and perform any provision of this Agreement and fails to rectify and make good any failure after 14 days after receiving written notice requiring the failure to be rectified and made good.
